I didn’t even know what Pilates exercises were, but the girl I was dating had an interest in them. Being noted for my overzealous intellectualism, I figured why not try for a Pilates training program? Now, I actually work with the gym she goes to, and we’re getting serious.

When comparing Pilates certification programs, this one is by far the fastest, most effective and most affordable package overall I found. When taking the course and test myself before giving it to my employees, I found it intuitive, easy to understand, and the exam, while thorough, wasn’t intimidating or impossibly hard. This is great for individual use or as large purchases to train multiple people.

My friend took the Pilates certification course, and I watched how quickly she succeeded in getting the certification and succeeded even more at her foray into the training field with the material. So I decided to go for it too, and wow, in less than a month I was certified to be a Pilates instructor. I’m thinking of making a job of it so I can be around my friend more.
