black belts working on various projects in simple words we can say master black
belt is senior to a black belt certified professional. Six sigma master black
belts are generally from engineering or science background or the ones with an
advanced business degrees. Thus a person with years of experience with high
qualifications may be chosen for the role of a Master Black Belt. These Master
Black Belts may also come up the ladder via six sigma green belt certification
