Selecting Six Sigma Process

The primary goal of Six Sigma is to come up with solution of problems that are affecting the business process. The organization that implements the Six Sigma system(s) expects to get benefitted from them. The benefits may include reducing costs, improvement in efficiency, improved productivity and so on.
